community-wide art project titled:

Creating In Place: PHOENIX RISING!

2ND EDITION now accepting submissions !!

📝 GUIDELINES 🎨

  • Any Napa County artist/child (TK-12th grade) can participate 

  • All submissions are due by WEDNESDAY JUNE 14, 2023

  • One submission per artist/CHILD

  • Any art that contains foul language, obscenities and/or inappropriate images &/descriptions will not be accepted

Once the parent/guardian agrees to their artist/child's participation by submitting the waiver, the submitted art will be published in a beautiful, hardcover book. 

Every published artist can receive a book either through purchase or scholarship.
